An educational excursion is a trip organized for students to learn outside the classroom. It provides hands-on experiences, enhancing understanding of subjects through real-world exposure. Visiting museums, historical sites, or scientific institutions, these excursions make learning engaging and memorable, fostering curiosity and a deeper connection with the studied material.
Like every year, this year in 2023-24, an educational trip was organized for the children of the primary department of Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 NTPC. In which children of class 1st and class 2nd were taken on a tour of hospital, post office and bank and children of class 3rd to class 5th were taken on a tour of NTPC hospital, post office, bank, market and Shiv temple. All the children participated enthusiastically in this program and learned about the work done in the bank and Post Office.
